I am using an Asrock Z170 Extreme4 on the latest bios with a NZXT AIO cooler. I have tried a lot of things such as clearing the cmos making changing the cmos battery and a few other things. I'm lost and have no clue what to do. Help!

There isnt a lot of information you give and im honestly not experienced in the Asrock BIOS. But I gonna ask the obvious question first. Are you sure you are saving and exiting and not just exiting expecting an auto save? I realize its that dumb question like "Have you tried restarting", but I know its the biggest thing people usually forget about.

Once you take the screenshot, just upload it to imgur. Copy the link at the top right and you can put it in your reply.

Take a look at the core speed at bottom left. It is clocked at 4035mhz with the x40 multiplier. I am assuming from that you have it set to run at 4.0ghz which means your overclocked is saved my dude.
