Phantek Shift i7 7700 120mm AIO?

Hello,

I'm planning on purchasing the Phantek shift case. I'll be using a I7 7700 and wondering on what AIO would be the better choice for cooling it? I'm only able to use a 120mm or 140mm set up right?

You don't need an AIO for the locked i7 7700, and if noise is a concern with the stock cooler, then an AIO isn't the best choice either.
