Power supply or motherbord problem

I connect my powersupply to motherboard but do not on pc and do not any bulb and fans not working (donot on the powersupply) please help me

A standard ATX power supply will connect to a motherboard with a 4 pin CPU power header and a 24pin ATX power header. i feel like you are missing one of these. what other components are installed? if you do not have a CPU and ram installed it will not start.
