I have an AMD Phenom II x4 965 on an ASRock N68-GE3 UCC motherboard with 12GB of RAM. The problem is that the CPU stays all the time at 803mhz. I have cool n' quiet disabled. I tried underclocking it to 3300mhz but the same results in AIDA64. Please help me.

Cooling problem most likely remove the current CPU cooler clean the thermal compound reapply and reattatch
