Mouse dirt gathering up

Hi! I have a mouse for around 2 months and it has some kind of lines poppingout the sides to have some popping lines for ''adhesion'' (i hope i am using that term corectly).The problem is that dirt gathers between those lines.What's a good way to clean that?

Hi!Thanks for your answer!I tried,but the spaces are very small. i tried with a tooth pick but i doesnt get all the dirt out.
