My computer specs:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 2gb
8 GB Ram
Intel Core i3-540 3.03GHz
System Producer: MSI
500GB HDD

So my question is: How i can safely overclock ( if is possible ) my i3-540 without buying some other cooler just normal fan? I would want to make it overclocked to 3.30GHz
So any guide on doing that? I have readed some other topics about overclocking the i3-540 but it was for 3.07GHz one

Yeah you may be able too. But need more info like you make and model PSU. Plus even if you can OC you need to keep a close eye on temps. Anything over 80C is probably not a good idea. You also need to be comfortable with tinkering in your bios and your bios must support overclocking. Anyways here is a guide I found.
