I wanted to upgrade my computer. I bought the following:

Ryzen 7 1700
MSI gaming Plus
Vengence LPX 8GB Ram

Others all I have used the same parts.

To verify the new components I made only 3 connections:
24 pin connector
CPU connector
CPU fan connector
GTX 960

But the build Is not powering on :
I tried resetting all components including CPU and no results.
I tried resetting the CMOS and still no response..

Can anyone please help me out. I will post the picture..

Quite sure it's the RAM. Put the old RAM back in and see how it works. If you have two RAM modules, remove one and insert the other into different slots until the PC powers up. Then install the second RAM and change the slot of the second RAM until the PC turns on.

I am now able to turn on the computer (Computer shop reattached everything) but have run into another problem. Now I am not getting any signal on the display. The complete details are as follows:
1) Everything spins and LEDs light up.
2) Keyboard leds turn on and am also able to toggle Caps Lock etc.
3) On the motherboard the EZ Debug LEDs follow a sequence. The CPU led turns on for a few seconds turns off and then the LED is stuck on the GPU LED.
