Solution
Due to the age of the system their could be another underlying issue. However. the oldest BIOS release date was in 8/1/2008... meaning the board was released before then.

You are trying to play a game that was made 4 years after the board was released. In another year that board would have been suggested for replacement.

Kind of 9 years over due for a replacement...

If you are dead set on troubleshooting this. You can start by running some general benchmarks and monitoring the system. Look for any overheating issues.
This is a DDR2 800mhz motherboard and its max front bus speed is 1600... that is basically half of what newer boards use. Newer boards dont even use front bus speeds anymore, it is now called Hyper Transport which means the Mobo matches the process speed of the CPU up to something like 2700.

Everything about this system screams "upgrade me now".

It is not even worth troubleshooting. Get a new system!

So you think my mb is the problem? because in every stress test and bench everything was fine and the rams are ddr2 800 mhz as the mb

The only thing i dont understand is that this is a 2012 game who need a dual core, 2gb of ram and a geforce 9600 gt for recomended requeriments, i think this system should run it fine.. :s

There is your answer, the game only uses 2 out of your 4 cores so CPU usage stays below 50%
The only thing you can do (without upgrading) is to overclock your CPU to get higher FPS.

Which again, may not even matter if the motherboard FBS that low and memory is that slow.

Hence, why upgrade is recommended.
