Can i mix different size and different brand of ram with same frequency and voltage?
I want to buy single stick 8 gb ddr3 1333 mhz memory.
My mobo is gigabyte 990XA-UD3, processor amd phenom ii x4. 2x2 1333mhz ram, GTX 950 GPU.

In theory, absolutely.
In practice, it has the potential to be problematic - and you give up Dual Channel performance.

The only way to know if it'll just "work", is to try it - but it's not recommended. A 2x4GB kit to replace your 2x2 would likely make a lot more sense (and just be 'easier' all round).
