Last night my computer was running like a dream. This morning I turned it on in a pretty typical manner, and now it freezes at the BIOS splash screen. It stays at the debug code: "Start of Setup. BIOS if needed or requested".
What I've tried:
- Reseating CPU and looking for broken pins (clear).
- Different RAM arrangements (none are helping).
- Unplugging my drives (when I unplugged my boot device it went past the splash screen but stayed a completely black screen.
Side note:
Last night I installed an NZXT Grid+ which plugs into the MB by a usbheader. This wouldn't be the first time an NZXT product has fried my motherboard, but there are no signs of power backfeed or shorts anywhere.
