Hey all, I am desperate for the time being and wish if you can really help me out

I have 2 HDDs installed on my PC and they worked properly ever since I had them. One of them has the system and the other one is for the other stuff (data-movies-games...etc) then after this semester the second HDD started to have problems. At first it was not detected by the PC when I boot then when I restart it returns to be detected however if I watch a movie or do anything using its data it disconnects till at one time the PC wasn't able to detect the HDD at all. I tried to switch the SATA cables (the ones that connect the HDD to the motherboard) to check whether the problem was due to that cable or not but the result was the same with the main HDD working and the other one not detected at all or getting detected for a limited time. Then I switched the other cables (from the power supply to the HDD) at first the PC said "Please select a proper boot device and restart" so I thought the problem is with that cable however after a few times it actually booted up with no problems at all and also with the same outcome ( Primary HDD working and the other one not detected at all ).

I tried to connect that HDD to my brother's PC and it was detected. At the first time it disconnected then after a restart it actually worked just fine and I tried it for more than 30 minutes trying to access all the files and movies and actually watched a lot of scenes of different movies with no problem at all. Then I tried a converter connection that converts internal HDD to external USB one and it also worked however it gave me a notification "There is a problem with the drive scan and fix the problem" I ignored that message ^^" and tried to test the HDD and it worked just fine again.

I tried once again to connect it back at my PC and I was surprised that it actually worked with no problem and I was advised to reinstall the system and I did (as the old one was collapsing). The HDD was working fine and I thought the problem is solved however, I started to watch a movie just recently and after a couple of minutes it disconnected again and when I restart I found the HDD to be detected but can't push my luck with it and so.....I am really frustrated and don't know what to do.

NOTE:
The OS was windows 10 64-bit home version and now is windows 10 64-bit pro version

Sorry for the elongation and the bad English and thank you in advance...I really hope that anyone can help me out

I don't know if that is what you meant or not but here is what I did:
Control Panel ---> Hardware and Sound ---> Power Option ---> Edit Plan Settings ---> Change Advanced Power Settings ---> Select High Performance ---> Hard Disk ---> Turn Off Hard Disk after: setting: 5 mins

I found no option called "always" so I inserted 1000000 mins or something like that however that problem is still available

I wanted to notify you that after I installed the system fresh and new. The hard disk is always detected whenever I boot the PC however it disconnects when time passes.

Thank You for your help and If there is another suggestion....I AM ALL EARS :)
