Hello for a few days I have noticed that the temperature of my CPU at rest is about 33º 37º but suddenly in 1 second it happens to 47º or 50º and it returns to normality this happens with basteante frequency
I use HWmonitor and it is seen that sometimes it is the core 0 is the one that rises from temp other times the 2 and thus successively

A spike to 50 is nothing to worry about. Even at idle, every now and then some flash of activity happens in the CPU and it crunches numbers. You will get a short temp spike when this happens. It is amazing how fast and how much the temp can spike and just as quickly cool down.
