Ok. First I would like to point out that its my first time posting here so if i created a thread that is in a wrong place please don't be mad.

So... I built my first computer and installed windows 10 on my ssd. I used an asus prime b350 plus motherboard. Yesterday a bought some speakers (Logitech z211)... Nothing special. I plugged them in a usb port in the back and turned on my pc. The boot screen was up for at least a minute and when i went into bios everything was lagging (mouse, hardware monitor, etc.). I browsed for a good answer on the net and nothing fitted my problem. Then my girlfriend suggests that in unplug every usb from my computer. When i unplug my speakers everything starts working fine....

Now my question is why are the speakers slowing down bios? Not just the boot screen but even the uefi bios utility and everything i do in it? I would understand that bios could see the speakers as a usb boot drive..

Thank you for your answers...

Solution
Try disabling USB emulation in BIOS (found on another site regarding slow boots with USB device plugged in).
This is an unnecessary feature in modern computers so won't harm anything.
