I'm not looking for a computer that is pretty. I don't show off my computer. I want functionality over beauty. I want to be able to play any game I'd like without issues.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I have an old system and I need a strong gaming computer.

If you do for whatever reason use the ibuypower build, do NOT get that powersupply, you will likely fry some components, you would want something that is of decent quality. That being said you could save quite a bit building one from parts of pcpartpicker.com

Yeah I agree 100% here - that PSU could definitely be a problem with that build.
