sodering or making an ddr3 soc adapter on dell latitud e6400 up grade

Hi all

Can I make an adapter and or soder a ddr3 soc on my mobo ? The board normaly takes ddr2.

I saw this on a web site....

No, you can't use DDR3 on DDR2 MB let alone solder it somewhere when there's no chipset and BIOS support for it. In addition all new processors have RAM controller in it so processor would also have to be compatible with DDR3 too.
