Ok so we've been camping with this problem for years now.

We have a fairly old house with concrete walls through which barely penetrates any signal. We also have a powerline that is too unstable to use with powerline adapters for our internet and at last, my room is in such a position in which I'm located 20 meters away from the router and it would have to go down the stairs all the way through a hallway for me to get internet through cable, which is not a solution in any way. Please help on what are the strongest extenders on this planet or anything because this is driving me absolute nuts.

Thank you in advance :)

Solution
You should pay someone familiar with your type of construction to pull an ethernet cable. Experienced low voltage cable installers can tell you if there really is "no way" to get cable where you want it.
