2 rear case fans stopped working after reinstalling Windows 10

Hey everyone! I have a small problem which has been annoying me for a while now. I have a custom pc which all the parts worked before having to reinstall Windows 10. After installing Windows, 2 of my rear fans stopped working. How can I fix this? Thanks!

If the fans are powered by the motherboard, then make sure you get all your necessary motherboard drivers (chipset, etc) for your version of Windows
