is it possible to make usb flash drives virus proof i ask because what im wanting to do is create a factory reset installer for my os like make the flash drive like the os installation disk but read only

one more question i have never done this before so i was curious if i put more than one driver like say both a motherboard driver and wifi adapter driver on the same flash drive then i write protect it can i still install the drivers off the write protected flash drive with both drivers or will it screw up the installation because two different drivers are on it?

Drivers to install with an OS? Sure. Those are generally .exe files or similar. You can have many on that USB, then run it to install to that OS.
