If you look in forum in the "system" category and search through old posts, you'll come across many builds of all costs. FYI that rizen comes with a fan in it, you don't need to buy another one

Also you really don't need a 90$ power supply or a 70$ case for that build. 40$ or above for power supply. and any priced case that is mid tower and micro atx compatible could work. 80 plus bronze certified and 500w or above is all you need.
