My GPU is a Gigabyte windforce gtx 770 and has been making an unbearable amount of noise. At first I thought it was just dirty, so I tried cleaning it out, but that didn't work.
After checking the fan speed I found it was at ~4200rpm. I tried using Afterburning to set a fan curve, but it just ignores it.
No matter what I do it will not get slower and quiet down.
