PC Hard Reboots when gaming

I have been doing a lot of reading around and trying a variety of stuff to try and fix the issue or at least find out what the issue even is. I have stressed tested the system ever different programs but I still cant seem to force it to reboot through stress tests.

However atm it seem to crash when I try to start games like Ark:SE, Skyrim:SE, or PUBG. Some how I manage to play some other games with the reboots happening later (ie R6 Siege, reboots happen while playing, or Starbound pc reboots when I try to stop playing of all things.)

Everytime my PC just goes black, as if I had a power outage, then immediately turns back on without me doing anything. No BSoD, and no error logs in the event viewer aside from it telling me it unexpectedly shutdown/had power loss.

I've ran Ram tests using windows to test it and got no errors. I've used all the tests in Prime95 to stress my PC and even bought Aida64Extreme to stress test everything. I got no reboots and no errors aside from the first time I tested my GPU and it said to change something about its timing out. At first I though that fixed it as I could play my fill of R6 Siege without crashes, but it crashed when I try playing PUBG.

The only result I got out of my stress tests was I noticed my voltage for my GPU and my +12v rail drop. They stay with in tolerance I believe, but it I still dont like that it does.

I dont know what else I should link, so if you need more info please tell me. I want to get this fixed before I get my invite to a Closed Beta of a new game. It will be really painful if I miss out because my PC is acting up >.<

UPDATE: I got a new 850w PSU, and added some new drives to replace my old boot drive. I finally got it working and it seemed to be working fine, but now the crashes are slowly coming back. There are even other weird things going on, like like the windows login screen not fully loading, then after restart my computer was so slow it wouldnt register that I stopped moving my mouse. The restart after that Windows just failed to load completely and get me an error. Luckily the restart after that everything is working fine. I ran Memtest86 as some point and got around 160 errors. Is there a way to narrow down the errors just my RAM or do I have to worry that it could be my CPU or Motherboard?

In the process of trying to fix this I've updated my GPU Drivers twice, its problem for a while that has been getting worse it seems. I have also updated my Bios, but I havn't messed with any other drivers aside from windows updating what ever it updates. I'll look into the drivers and see if there is anything I missed.

My immediate thoughts are also PSU. Do you have access to another PSU to try and test your theory? Your PSU is a quality unit, but all components age...

It appears you have already eliminated the other obvious culprits. Maybe try updating your chipset drivers to make sure it plays along with Win10.

The only other PSU I have on hand it a Seasonic X-series 560KM. Its only 560w so I don't think it would work. Its been a while since I checked but I swapped it out when I got my current GPU. I'll look at my chipset drivers as well and see if there is anything I can do.

But if it is my PSU can anyone recommend me a new one. In the past I did one of those online things that told me how much wattage I needed and they recommend me a 650w, now they seem to suggest a 750w >.>

Edit Despite windows saying everything is up to date and it checked for updates an hour and a half a go. I searched for need updates and not is downloading a new one >.<. Might as well see if that fixes anything I suppose.

Ok I'll try that out after windows updates, though I have to keep one of the HDDs as it has the games on it. I dont think I could test anything without the games that crash it.

I tried the other PSU and for some reason (probably my fualt) my SSD is fried. It was the only drive I had connected at the time, but wasnt bolted to the case because it has to be removed anytime I want to unplug something from the PSU. It was also my boot drive, so now my PC is a brick until I find out how to fix that first I guess.

I dont know if the SSD is dead or not, but I assume it is as it made a pretty bad smell (Smells like freshly lit matches) and when electronic make a smell that tends to be bad I think. *sigh* I am glad I already ordered another HDD, so I can go without the SSD if I can get my PC to boot.

I went through the 4 stick and seem to isolated the bad one. The other 3 seem ok, so I am just running 2 for now to see it my PC keeps crashing. I guess only time will tell.

My PC keeps crashing so removing the bad RAM didnt seem to help. I dont know what else to test. My other suspicions point towards a couple of the heatsinks get kinda hot on the Mother Board but I dont think they get hot enough for a failure. The hottest reading I got on my Thermocouple is 47 C. Other than that what else do I check the reset button? There is a lighted Reset button on my Motherboard that seems to be inconsistent in lighting up compared to the internal power button next to it, but I think that might be because the system has to be 'on' to be reset.
