Random BSOD with failing hardware component

I'm getting several different BSOD at random intervals while my computer is running in optimal environments. Some of these errors include:

system thread exception not handled
memory management
irql not less or equal
bad pool header
critical process died
faulty hardware corrupted page
kernel security check failure
page fault in nonpaged area
kmode exception not handled
driver irql not less or equal (tcpip.sys)
pfn list corrupt
critical structure corrupted (ntfs.sys)
kmode exception not handled

I recognize this may be because of failing hardware, but I've done every test run imaginable built in Windows and it says everything is fine. All my components (PNY GTX 660, AMD FX 6100, ASUS motherboard) except my wifi card were purchased in 2011 when new, and the wifi card (GIGABYTE with Bluetooth) is brand new, and all drivers and Windows are to to date. I'm trying to find out which hardware specifically is failing so I can spend the least amount of money replacing failing parts. Any suggestions are appreciated!

I have tried sfc /scannow resulting in no errors. I haven't tried memtest86 because of it's 32-bit nature, but I have tried the built-in windows memory diagnostic tool resulting in no errors, despite some of the BSOD's I have received. I'm not overclocking.

Here is my system summary copy/pasted from system information:

I just ran memtest86 with 8 iterations and a complete cpu test, no errors. since windows file integrity and memory are fine, I'm thinking its a hardware or memory problem with my graphics card.

I did some snooping around other forum posts and found that the PNY GTX 660 needed to take more power from the AMD FX 6100 cpu than what it allows for. I originally was not overclocking, but am now overclocking from the base 3.3GHz to 3.7GHz to solve this issue and it seems to be working for the several hours I have been running my computer. If any BSOD's come up past this point, I will update the thread.
