CPU Usage's high when playing Mass Effect 1

Hello, i bought the Mass Effect Trilogy on origin couple weeks ago, but i started to play it just yet so.. my CPU usage is going up to 100% when playing Mass Effect 1 on high graphic, computer restarts after 1 hour of playing like that. I got this working by changing resolution to 1024x768 and medium graphic, cpu usage is going up to 60% like this.. is there any way to play this in high res on high graphic settings ?
Specs:
Geforce GTS250 1GB
8GB Ram
AMD FX(tm) 4300 Quad-Core Processor 3.80GHz
Windows 10 Pro 64bit

if the load is 100% then i guess your cpu is not strong enough, or there is some other things that can impact the cpu usage. do you have any program that use cpu pretty high?

Nope, But i got Mass Effect 3 running smooth 50-60 fps high settings and cpu usage was 60% so i don't think that's the case

By looking at your System specs you won't be able to play Mass Effect on high, Your GPU won't be able to handle 1080p resolutions and your CPU is pretty weak too. Was Mass Effect 3 @1080p?
