I was wondering, are there gonna be any issues that i cant fix, or is it completely ok.
If i have to buy a new sshd can i in anyway get windows from my current sshd onto the new one?

Solution
Your old SSHD itself should work just fine but I would highly recommend reinstalling (a fresh install) of Windows with the new system to get fastest speed, avoid driver issues and in general have a better experience. Format it and install windows fresh in the new system, even if you use the old drive; You don't need to buy a new SSHD. If you want to save any data from the old one you will need to copy it to another drive.

Tambeshakunt, so therotically i can just plug my sshd into my new build and boot from it without any problems at all???

No I can't guarantee you can. Like I said, plug it in and reinstall Windows on it, making sure to delete all old partitions during the windows installation by choosing 'custom install'.
