Hi guys!.

Today I rebooted my PC and started up and shut down every 5 seconds, maybe less or more. I do not know why. So I turned off the psu switch I waited for a few seconds, and then turned it on and started normally, but with the bios reset

My specs
MOBO: Gigabyte z270 gaming k5
CPU: I7-7700k
CPU Cooler: Hyper T4
PSU: NZXT 700w
RAM: 2x8GB GSKILL RGB
GPU: EVGA 1070 FTW

The cpu ram and motherboard are new, I bought them last month. Hope someone helps me figure out what's going on with this problem, I've never had it before. Thanks! And sorry for my English if I wrote something wrong!

Solution
It sounds like it could be your RAM. When it gets in a loop it may have problems posting.

Or it could be your PSU starting to fail. If it happens again, try pulling out a stick of RAM and see if it reoccurs. If it does, then test the other stick. If it does not, then your RAM is bad.

If all of the RAM checks out, it is probably your PSU
