intel cpu 7700k overclocking problem

hello,i recently bought a new built pc with intel kabylake 7700k beside a cooler master seidon 120v v3 as liquid cooling system but when i try to OC the cpu using intel extreme tuning utility stress test at 4.7to4.8 GHz frequency it stops working and windows 10 restart after a warining massage and even at 4.6 GHz i get over 85C temperature in stress test
question is that is it normal that i cant overclock kabylake 7700k to somwhere near 4.8 or more ? or the cooling system might not functioning properly ?

nope i use intel extreme tuning utility to do a stress test on it and tried both voltage on auto and manually set on 1.280 up to 1.295
problem is that this cpu's temperature is generally high that i cant overclock and dont know how to setup a profile from bios to be honest

Your cooling solution is only going to allow you to overclock so far and also how you are going about the overclock in the first place, are you using an overclocking guide of some type?

no but i recently followed tips as in intel communites are explained and decrease the voltage to even 1.1 but it still runs so hot after few hours of gaming . i'm willing to start that my motherboard or the cooling system is not working properly ,even after i updated bios to latest version it's still the same . i'll get like 90c in 4.8 GHZ and cant stand it very long probably but in intel forum i read that some guys have their temp under 75c at 4.9 and 5 and 25 to 35 in idle and mine is 42 in idle in best situation so what's the problem exactly ?
