Hello, i bought phenom x4 9650 and asrock N68C-S UCC, psu 400w, 4gb ddr3 ram, hdd clean. From first boot to now i've got black screen, usb ports are all dead. Keyboard is flashing like for a second after turning pc on or removing and plugging it on. I removed cooler and noticed that immerdiately after turning pc on (3 seconds) processor is so hot that i can't touch it. Tried also with athlon X2, same problem. I tried removing parts, reseting cmos, cleaning pc, replugging cables, almost everything that i found on other forums. At first boot i arched hurt on processor but i straightned it to original possition, dont think that it's caused by this since i checked other processor. My last idea is to buy new cmos battery. I used old one from asus m2n68 am2 se where i had simmilar problem after pc fell from desk. So i will try this as soon as i buy a new battery (random 3v, yes?) but maybe You can solve me this problem faster if reason is totally different thing. As i wrote earlier. I tried almost EVERYTHING that i read on the other forums. Any ideas?

If it is an overheating issue, I'd try reapplying your thermal compound. The CMOS battery shouldn't be an issue. It could be an issue with the motherboard itself, but I'd try the thermal compound first.
