So from my previous thread, I was having an issue. Let me recap.
When I would game on my NEWLY Built PC, What happens is my game freezes, then black screen (No audio issues), and then it would come back. The game no longer works and I have to kill it.
Then the issue persists within windows. Another issue is that on my Motherboard (Which is an MSI Gaming Pro Carbon b350 chipset), It has LED indicators and sometimes when I turn it on, everything turns on but the CPU light and GPU light don't turn on and I have to reset it to actually be able to boot. I've also ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and it said I have no issues with my RAM. I have tried RMA'Ing my GPU (No Good), and getting a new PSU and still no good.In speccy, it shows RAM as Unknown. It is DDR4 Corsair vengeance @ 3000MHz. My specs are:
Operating System
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU
AMD Ryzen 5 1400 51 °C
14nm Technology
RAM
8.00GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1064MHz (15-15-15-36)
Motherboard

931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZRX-00A8LB0 (SATA) 30 °C

Please help me, maybe its the motherboard or the ram?
Thank you!!

Solution
Ok you need to reset bios. If you dont know how remove your motherboard battery for 5 minutes. Enter bios and try AMP again but with a differant setting. You may need to give the RAM 1.4v to get it stable or reduce the RAM/s OC.

i have used some ULTRA 750w that i had for a very long time. Now I have a EVGA 450 BT Power supply, same issue.

Since both power supplies are causing the same issue, I wouldn't suspect it. On a side note, It hurts me to see you run this system with a $25 power supply.

After each step below, test your system again for the issues you are having. If you are still having issues after all tests are completed, post here and we will continue troubleshooting.

(1) Reset your bios to factory defaults.
(2) As shown in the manual, confirm your ram is installed in slots 2 and 4. /// 0=empty 1=installed /// (0)(1)(0)(1) ///

(3) As shown by speccy, your ram is running at a very low frequency of 1064mhz as opposed to the 3000mhz rating you mentioned. There is a setting to load XMP profiles in your bios. This can most likely be found in the overclock settings. Load the option that shows 3000mhz.
(4) Update your bios to the latest version.

The BIOS won't even show, its just a black screen. After I updated it, it went into windows fine but when I tried the AMP thing for the ram, this issue started occuring

I'll try that now
Update: I was able to get into bios and all, and It said that CMOS has been reset! So thats good. Im going to see if i can normally use windows now with no crashing because if i can then I believe one of the ram sticks was faulty maybe. Its booting into windows right now so we'll try now!
UPDATE: I removed the ram stick from DIMM 4 and i've been playing csgo for 5 minutes plus, I havent tried an actual match yet but rather custom maps and benchmarks but Maybe the issue was with the ram. I'll keep you guys updated!
UPDATE 2: Everything seems to be working fine, I guess it was because of a faulty ram stick?? Just played a whole match But
I'll keep updating!
