So I recently got some virus on my pc and there was no way of getting rid of it other then cleaning the drive completely and reinstalling windows . After reinstalling windows , my computer was super slow . I couldn't even open up file explorer. I was wondering if just buying a new hard drive would help since it's a Fresh drive with nothing in it . Am I right or wrong ? If I'm wrong , how could I fix this .
