DUAL-GTX 1070 GPU clock wont increase over 645 MHz

I thought the GPU clock should be around at least 1600?

I'm not very versed in hardware and computers, but I have tried reinstalling drivers and the software itself.

Any ideas?

Can you please provide your full system specs.

Also just for troublehshooting. What are your speed with only one card being used?

i5 7500
ASUS B250M-A motherboard
Kingston HyperX Fury HX421C14FB2K2/16 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 Black
I dont remember my exact power supply, but I think it's a 500W

Running on windows 10 64x

Also not 100% sure what you mean, but my core clock is set to 1772 MHz.

Right but you said you are not reaching those speeds. Try removing one card and running only one card in the system to see if you can reach those speeds.
