I7 7700 cooling

Hi, im about to order a new pc with a intel i7 7700 cpu and is looking at liquid cooling. The cooler i have in mind is corsair h100i v2 and i wonder if this is too much when i wont be doing any oc on the cpu.

the 7700 non k is not overclockable, you can just get cheap cooler like cryorig h7, cooler master hyper 212, or like noctua nh-u14s that is good enough for that cpu
