Will there be any new / updated, AMD / Intel cpus?

Will there be any new / Refresh of AMD and intel cpus? This is because I'm thinking of upgrading, but not sure to wait for any new CPUs or buy something now.

Um, yeah....AMD has been releasing their new Ryzen line over the past few months (with their low-end Ryzen 3 CPUs set to release later this month), as well as announcing their Bristol Ridge Socket AM4 APUs (Excavator-based CPU portion with R7 graphics units, but compatible with the Ryzen motherboards) now being available for consumers to buy for retail (they've been sold in OEM builds since last fall) & the upcoming Raven Ridge APUs for later this year (Ryzen-based CPU portion with Vega-based integrated graphics), not to mention their EPYC CPUs for servers & their Threadripper series....& Intel released Kaby Lake already, has released their Kaby Lake-X & Skylake-X chips for the low-end server market, & is getting ready to release their Coffee Lake CPUs this year (core i3 versions will now be 4C/8T, core i5 versions 6C/6T, & core i7 versions 6C/12T, but they won't be compatible with the Skylake or Kaby Lake motherboards)...
