So I got Wolfenstein The New Order and I get around 40 FPS average but it goes down to 25. I think my system is more capable than it shows. My specs:

CPU: Core i5 3570
RAM: 8GB 1600MHz
Graphics card: Sapphire RX 460 Nitro 4GB with a small OC
PSU: 500 watt

I saw problems like this and some say it's the PSU and I should get a higher watt one. Should I really? Like a 700 watt one?Or is my system just not strong enough? That's weird because I play BF1 with medium-high setting at 60FPS. Oh yeah and also I play Wolfenstein on lowest and some tweaks too to squeeze out more performance. Thank you for your answers!

btw sorry for my english if there's any problem :/

Usually those options are locked by default... but you can uncheck an option I think at "Settings -> General" tab" and unlock each custom setting that you may want to tweak like voltage, power limit etc... best to do for now for a simple test is to click on Reset button to restore default stock settings and test the game to see if it has any effect.

Before going straight on purchasing new hardware... this game has some serious issues with AMD hardware for now, not sure if we can do much about it, but have you treid doing a complete uninstall of your graphics driver with DDU or even AMD Clean Uninstall Utility? Try a complete fresh install of your Graphics Driver, also remove OC and check if it works.. some benchmarks on youtube shows this game running at 35.0 fps on similar specs not sure if it's true.. or not

I ran in past with a 970 fine on ultra settings, unless you are using Shadow Cache or any of that option that storage textures to fast load the game I don't remember exactly the name, then it could be the issue for you. :)
