Razer Blackwidow Chroma Light problem

Hey, guys. I have a Razer Blackwidow Chroma and all my light work fine but the problem is that the special effect doesn't work. So like if my background color is blue and I have pink ripple effect the ripple effect won't work. I click the keys and nothing. It just stays blue. Does anyone know a fix for this? thanks.

ya i do ive had it synapse since the day i got it.......and i custom made all light profiles and i they were all working fine but they dont work

uninstall synapse and re install, also try a different usb port
