Hello, I hope all is well. I'm trying to get into PC gaming and would like a few recommendations as to what parts I should use. I'm trying to run pretty much everything on high settings at 55+FPS and maybe ultra settings here and there. Can it be done for under $1,000?

Liquid cooling to cpu that cant be overclocked? ( stock cooler will be fine)
Also Z170 board needs bios update to accept kaby lake cpus ( And why Z170 , Z270 chipset since the cpu isnt unlocked)
