Hi!
I have a very annoying problem with my PC. Every time when I'm on voice chat (Skype, Discord, TeamSpeak, GameVox, Viber, etc., tried every one of them..) my friends hear a very loud buzzing/crackling noise (I have never heared the sound myself). The noise starts randomly and it only stays for a short time. I have bought a brand new headset because I tought my old one was faulty, but it happens with the new one as well. Both headsets are USB ones and 7.1 gaming headsets. My new one is an Ozone Blast Ocelot 7.1
I have tried unplugging my computer from the power strip and plugging it into a separate socket, but the problem is still persists. I don't have microfone boost enabled and I enabled noise cancellation.
I have no idea what can be the cause of the problem. Please help me solve this!

Thanks for all the answers!

Solution
Try cleaning the plugs to ... rub with coarse cloth wetted w/ isoprophyll alcohol

Also disable Windows Update's ability to install hardware drivers and use only drives found on manufacturer web sites.
One issue that has become increasingly rare is that leaving an older GSM phone near microphone or speakers would case this effect. Another is connerction points so try cleanong pligs, makingg sure plugged in all the way and,m if you can see, wires are firmly connected (soldered) to jacks. Check the gain o ajy volume sliders and see if lowering has any effect.

Make sure drivers up to date. Try rear port if using font ports and visa versa.

Thanks for the answer!
I am using one of the rear USB ports however I have tried almost all USB slots on my machine. It had the sam effect. As far as I know all the cablest are plugged in correctly and all the way, but I will check again thoroughly.
The phone thing is an interesting idea. I have that issue with my 5.1 home theatre but I don't think that is the case with the headset although next time I will banish all phones and see if that helped.

I'm thinking if the motherboard causing the problem, or some electrical stuff with the PSU but I'm not an expert, that's why I need help.
I forgot to mention:
I'm using windows 10, all my drivers are up to date.
Motherboard: Asus P8H61 R2.0
PSU: Gigabyte 620
