psu wattage question

I just picked up an HP compaq elite 8300 for cheap and wanted to add my existing graphics card but I'm little unsure about the power requirements. The card I have is a ATI radeon HD 6570 which I'm told only draws about 60 watts but my psu is only rated at 320 watts. The manufacturer recommends 400 watts for the card.

The rest of my setup is as follows:
CPU i7 3770 3.4 GHz
RAM 4GB 1600 MHz (I plan to add another 4GB)
HD 7200 RPM SATA 6GB/s
PSU 320 W

Is there a risk in using the graphics card with the current setup. I can't swap out the PSU since it's a proprietary build with the size and the connectors in all so I'm stuck with 320 W. I think the computer was used as a server at some point but I can't be sure. The thing is basically a workstation but I would like the extra GPU capabilities even though I don't do any intense gaming at the moment.

So it's no good. I plugged it in. Seems pretty stable right now. I don't want to risk destroying my computer though. It looks like I need to buy another gpu. Based on the list is there anything that fits the recommended psu watts but will have better performance than the 6570? It looks like I'll be switching to nvidia since they appear to have lower power requirements. Any recommendations for a card under $80? Thanks.
