Something like this? I used spanish Amazon, you can compare the prices to your prefered stores in your country.

Memory should be upgraded to 16GB when possible. I recommend spending some more for the GTX 1060 3GB if you can.
Get the CX450(M), I just didn't find any prices for it. The older CX430M is much worse quality.

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1400 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor (€166.98 @ Amazon Espana)
Motherboard: MSI - B350 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard (€109.95 @ Amazon Espana)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (€80.95 @ Amazon Espana)

I' m from estonia so bcs of oversea shipping to our stores things are a bit more expensive.
Also i' m not building it for gaming only. I' ll be mainly doing digital painting and sculpting. Although i would like to play with my friends too (overwatch and bf1 and games like that.)

I'd try to stick to an ATX board. But, if you want a small form factor build you should get the MSI B350M Mortar because it has 4x RAM slots so you can upgrade to 16GB later. I'd also look into an mATX case if you went that route.

So there aren' t rly any major differences in ATX and mATX boards except for size and future expanding room? Also if i would ever want to then this pc could be overclocked, right??

Pretty much any hdd should work good as long as it' s 7200 rpm? 2 case fans should be enough i think. Are there any big differences in gigabyte vs msi gpu' s?

+there's also one with the same parts as I already mentioned but with r5 1400 instead. Which one do you think i should get??

If you found a specific store, maybe throw a link?
I guess Google translate will cover no Estonian knowlege, if one feel to pick a list within your budget.
