Solution
i5-7600K is a beast, which needs a reputable cooler to tame. Something like Corsair H100i/110i, or NZXT Kraken x61/x62 (unless you fancy about AIO liquid coolers, an NH-D14/15/S would do the job well, and way cheaper).
Regarding the RAM and PSU, simon12 is right — go down with 2666-3000 MHz and double the RAM for future-proofing (it won't hurt your gaming experience at all). Get, at the very least, a Bronze or Gold 80+ PSU, something like EVGA 650W Bronze/Gold 80+.

Other than these, your PC will be a Monster.
