I can enter boot menu, but get a blank screen after selecting 'Enter Setup'

I'm having a whole load of issues over the last two days, with a computer I made with otherwise no issues. I keep getting 0xc000000e error preventing me from doing anything, and I've been searching for solutions to this issue but many tell me to access the setup on my BIOS. However, I can't access the setup. I can press F12 to enter the boot menu to select a boot device (though, currently it makes no difference to what I select), but after selecting the 'Enter Setup' option in this menu I get a blank screen. Any solutions would really help, as in order to fix my 0xc000000e issue using the hundreds of 'solutions' I've found online I need to access my setup, but this blank screen is preventing me from doing this.

I'd like to make it clear that my keyboard and mouse both work, I just need to change to boot order so that it goes from a flashdrive with Win10 on it rather than my SSD/HDD.

I guess another question is, does it matter if I boot straight from the Sandisk/UEFI: Sandisk options (the flashdrive) or whether I need to select something in the setup. If it does matter, I really need to find a solution or hear some ideas as to why I can enter the boot menu, but not the setup in the boot menu. If selecting the flashdrive doesn't require anything inside the setup, then that would be useful to know as it means my problem of 0xc000000e error is completely beyond me solving and I'd need to take my computer into a shop.

Thanks for any help

That's a Microsoft error message so the BIOS is doing it's job and handing over to Windows, which then goes on to fail.

Which version of Windows is it? If 7, mash the F8 key as it tries to load and see if that throws up Safe Mode options. If 8, 8.1 or 10, have you downloaded the appropriate ISO from Microsoft's website and used Rufus or similar to make your flash drive bootable?

Finally, have you tried Escape, Delete and F2 and any other psosibile ways to get into BIOS?
