I bought my Lenovo desktop 2 years ago and it has had WiFi issues from the start. It originally had Windows 8.1, now it's Windows 10. Same issue on both OS'.
The original internal adapter was replaced as it was deemed faulty, but the new adapter wasn't better. I then purchased a USB WiFi adapter which was the same... All other devices in the house worked fine.
In the meantime I've moved house twice, the desktop has had issues in both and all other devices currently reach 110mbps, whereas my computer got 1mbps-10mbps. I purchased yet another device to try and resolve it (D-Link 1000Mbps Powerline Gigabit Starter Kit - DHP-600AV PowerLine AV2 1000 Gigabit Adapters. ) by recommendation and it is somewhat better, getting around 30mbps consistently, but it's still significantly less than what everything else gets. I'm the closest one to the router as well...
It's usually ok via ethernet but I'm in a rental and can't feed the cable through to my room for a couple of reasons... so I don't know what it could possibly be after trying so many different things. I've had the internal adapter replaced, bought an external adapter and now a powerline kit, moved house several times, had a few different routers, reinstalled Windows, updated drivers, downloaded them direct from manufacturer etc. It's never been rectified.
I don't know what other info you need but specs are as follows:
If you need any other info let me know.
