Can I overclock my Ryzen with this build?

Good day, I just want to ask if my power supply is enough if I overclock my ryzen? An assistant on a local store in my place said that I should upgrade my power supply if I'm planning to oc my cpu. I just want to hear second opinion. I currently have these parts for my pc:
Amd Ryzen 3 1200 w/ Stock Cooler
Msi B350M Bazooka
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4gb 2400
Gigabyte GTX 1060 G1 Gaming
WD Caviar Blue 1TB
Seasonic M12II 520W
3 Case Fans

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you so much. Do you happen to have any idea on what oc settings ryzen 1200 would be stable with just stock cooler? I'm planning to buy an aftermarket cooler soon but for now I have to settle with its stock cooler.
