Hello.
I got forced to remove my Nvidia GPU and use my integrated one.
My CPU is Intel Core i5-4440.
After I install the drivers (Intel® Graphics Driver) and reboot, the windows won't load my login screen. It will just stay black for some time and shut down my PC.

Hi
I assume the nvidia GPU was detective when you state forced.

We more info, computer brand model, monitor connection type would help. I would check the BIOS settings regarding your graphic setting. Set it to integrated if it is set to dedicated or PCI save and reboot. And did you unstalled the nivdia card drivers? If not remove them.

The video card started showing artifacts. I have physically removed the GPU

Manufacturer: ASROCK
Processor: Intel Core i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10Ghz (overclockable to 3.30)
RAM: 8.00 GB (6.91 GB usable due to 1 GB taken for my integrated video)
OS: Windows 7 64bit

Inside my UEFI (BIOS?) I have already set the default GPU to be the integrated one.
I have also removed manually (Nvidia and Intel) drivers. I have used Display Driver Uninstaller then to make sure they are all gone.
Uninstalling the Intel Graphic driver makes my windows load normally. When I install the Intel driver, I can only load windows in safe mode successfully.

What motherboard model do you have? When you downloaded the intel driver where did you get it from? If it running as normal windows 10 may have the driver the system needs. When does device manager show currently after you removed the intel driver? Any flagged devices?

From what has occurred once the that intel driver downloaded is installed it is not compatible with your system hardware.

Motherboard: ASRock H87 Pro4
I even downloaded the newest (up to 26.07.2017) driver from intel.com download center
I am not using Windows 10 as I mentioned

When I install the 100% compatible driver (http://ark.intel.com/products/75038/Intel-Core-i5-4440-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_30-GHz)
after installing the driver in device manager it shows Intel HD Graphics 4600 instead of Standard VGA Graphics Adapter under Display adapters, then I restart and the black screen happens.

The intergated graphics card is correct for that CPU Which is Intel HD Graphics 4600. If you read the specifications on the link you posted has "Intel HD I will research why this black screen is happening. I seen this in other brands of motherboards but i forgot why.

Hmm I looked for that being a possible never popped up in the search string I used. Still the link for the motherboard drivers use it for updating drivers in the future.
