SuperMicro X8DT3-LN4F Server Motherboard cheap graphic card

Solution
If it works when you plug it into the motherboards VGA but not the cards, it is because your computer is still using the integrated graphics and not the video card. You need to disable the integrated graphics on the motherboard from the BIOS and enable the graphics card.

Boot into BIOS and set the default video adapter to the GPU. In the second PC, when you say device manager reconized it but you did not get a picture, did you plug your cable into the motherboard of the GPU? It must be plugged into the GPU for it to work.
