Specs:
i3 6100
MSI GTX 1050 TI
MSI B150M Bazooka Motherboard
CX550M power supply

During playing games like Minecraft, my PC would crash into a random color. I've tried downgrading the graphics driver, but that didn't work. I underclocked it, that didn't work. I put the graphics card in my computer, it worked fine. So it wasn't a graphics card problem. I updated the bios, that didn't work. I put in another GPU (GTX 750 Ti) in and it still crashed to random colors during Furmark. Also, the integrated graphics work perfectly. So it must be the motherboard.

Is your computer overheating? Possibly the case or the CPU is getting overloaded, or parts could be damaged. If the temperature isn't the problem then call the manufacturing company and see if you can get something settled with them, it's very much possible that one of the parts could be damaged.

Try getting a new motherboard but don't make it exetremely expensive just incase that's not the issue, also try putting your parts in PCpartpicker and see if there's any problems with parts not working properly together...

PcPartpicker says there are no compatibility issues.
