Okay so i've had this computer for over a year now and for a while it keeps freezing up on me, mainly its when I get notified that my CPU temperature is over 65 degrees. It has a Corsair H100i
and to my understanding its enough to cool it off. Also it has the most recent Bios update so it ain't that. If anyone can tell me how to fix this, I would really appreciate it

My Setup is:
Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z motherboard
AMD FX-9590 CPU
Corsair H100i liquid cooler
Corsair Vengeance Pro Series 32GB DDR3 DRAM 2400MHz
EVGA GTX 960 2 GB GDDR5
EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B1 80+ BRONZE, 750W Semi Modular PSU

Solution
Voltage is at par for processor at full frequency, just think of 9590 as an 8350/70 OCed to 5 GHz. I really can't think of another reason for H100 not cutting it. Maybe you can drop frequency by 100MHz and see what happens.
It should cool it satisfactory but maybe you should recheck it's mounting, change paste to something better and fresh and also make sure that pump is running at full speed.
There's one other concern, processor is rated for 200w+ and MB for 140W so it may be sending too high voltages to processor.
Do you have AMD Overdrive to monitor everything ?

I normally use AI Suite ll to monitor everything, and i'm sure the mounting is correct since i rechecked it alot of times and already tried changing the paste and nothing, the pump is running great also. According to Overdrive the voltage on my cou is 1.538 is it good?
