I plugged in a USB cable I was repairing into my PC (Meaning there could be a short in the wire) and pressed the power button and it wouldn't boot. Tested all connections, did paperclip test on PSU (case fans spun), but to no avail. Took out mobo and put it on it's box attaching only 1 ram stick, plugged into PSU with CPU and CPU fan connected, no boot. Just motherboard lights, and PSU fan won't turn on. What should I do?
