If you use the wireless network troubleshooter, there will be an option to reset the wireless network card. This would be your first port of call. If you cannot work out how to do this, please post up your full laptop specs, and we will try to assist you.

Even try just rebooting your laptop, often it's the simple things that get a result.
Numerous times I've experience a random issue or glitch and all it took to fix it was a restart.
It's just the way computers and Windows are sometimes.
May not work for you but it has to be tried.
