It's been like this for a while now. My MB is an ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming and I've many problems with random things for the last year. Now when I crank a game up I get a loud warning steady "beeeeeep" which I think is the GPU but first and foremost this post is just about my main problem the CPU. Can the MB just be bad or something b/c I did take it into Gigaparts and they said they checked everything with diags multiple times and there werent any problems. I even changed i7's. The guy said there was a bent pin on the MB but he fixed it. I do have a Gigabyte 170X Gaming 7 MB in box that I havent opened yet. Help plz.

As already said, the voltage should drop when the CPU is not under load. Look at the clock speeds and the CPU usage when the voltage changes, and tell us what happens with those (hint: if those two don't change at all, only the voltage, then you indeed have a problem)
