RJ45 Lan head does not fit lan port

Unless damaged, they are all standard.
An "extreme" solution would be a LAN card.

The metal plate that is part of the case sometimes is slightly out of alignment with the motherboard. Those metal plates are extremely flimsy.

The ports and plugs are all a standard size so they should all fit.

yes , sometimes those tiny metal things get in the way because of bad back panel installment . so you gotta push them back by hand or a pincher
